Day 332: twixmas treat

I could eat turkey dinner leftovers forever, but this was a refreshing - and v delicious - #twixmas treat: Day 332 is Nigella’s Ruby Noodles. We emerged from this devourable, reviving, crimson tangle with great joy in our souls.

I went for a sour fermented beet juice (sok burak kiszony) from the Polski sklep and a few garlic chives from the garden (that seemed to survive the recent cold snap) and fresh coriander for the final flourishing sprinkle. A divine creation.
