365 days of nigella on american radio!

I made my debut on radio this week! IN AMERICA!

Some lovely producers of a radio show in the US called All Things Considered (aired on NPR) approached me via Instagram a week or so ago asking if I would be part of their show for a short interview feature on #365daysofnigella. Blown away, I delightfully accepted. And just moments later, I was told Nigella would be dialling in for the interview too! I was unbelievably nervous about being recorded for radio and totally out of my comfort zone - and thank goodness for the editors, who edited out my heavy breathing and repetitive mis-use of the phrase ‘so to speak’ - but what a buzz and wonderful experience. Nigella, of course, was as fabulous, lovely and reassuring as ever. Thanks for having me Scott Detrow and team and for making me feel welcomed.
