Shortly before completing the challenge, an exciting note slid into my DMs from the lovely Clare Finney, author of The Female Chef and soon-to-be-published Hungry Heart. Clare wanted to interview for me a piece in the Weekend Times!! We had a lovely chat via zoom, talking about food, cooking, mental health, children, adoption and, of course, Lunch at Nigella’s.
