Day 348: express roly poly

It's hard to beat the comfort of an old-fashioned roly poly suet pudding, steamed in a tea towel, and drenched in custard, but this is definitely a worthy contender (and much quicker to make): Day 348 is Nigella’s Roly Poly Pudding. A near-instant, low-effort, max-reward, cosy, comfort-inducing, sweet little number for #puddingforlunch last Sunday. Pictured here with ice cream, but for me, it’s double cream (and lots of it).
