Day 198: cheesy leeky heaven

A very short one from me today.

Nigella’s Leek Pasta Bake

Cheese, cheese, leeks, pasta and more cheese. You get the gist - it’s real good! Day 198 is Nigella’s Leek Pasta Bake. I just adore the soft, sweet, squidgy, vermouthy leeks (also one of my favourite vegetables), and that cheese sauce is simply divine.

Feel free to gaze dreamily at this gorgeousness for as long you please, perhaps imagining a mini you jumping through each cheese-dripping tube of pasta and jumping on every sweet, squidgy leek.
