This was so good that I made it three nights in a row! Day 285 is Nigella’s Butternut with Green Tahini Sauce. Seriously good stuff.

Nigella’s Butternut with Green Tahini Sauce

Roasting the sweet-fleshed butternut with ginger and mace forges a flavour I’ve never tasted before; I became instantly hooked.

On the third night (when this photo was taken,) I bulked out the remaining butternut with a few sweet potatoes.
