Day 295: lentil-loaded comfort

Made a *really* big vat of Nigella’s Vegan Spag Bol sauce the other week, for freezing in portions of various different sizes, and the first tub to be thawed went into this delish lentil-loaded Shepherd’s/Cottage Pie (though the topping is far from vegan as it’s loaded with butter and cheese). Butter and petits pois on the side.
