Day 319: a love that keeps on growing
Once a Gemmiferaphobe; now a lover. I eat more and more Brussels sprouts every year - since discovering a few years ago that I actually love them (when not boiled to a bitter mulch, school dinner style) - and this year they’ve made their debut on our table via the oven: Day 319 is Nigella’s Roast Brussels Sprouts With Rosemary, Lemon & Pecorino. I’d be more than happy with just a bowl of these and nothing else.
