Day 321: simply, one of the best
Now, this certainly isn’t the first time I’ve made this one. In fact, it made its debut way back on Day 3 and has been on repeat ever since. And I know that repetition is against my own self-set cookalong rules, but today was so truly special - decorating the house for our FIRST CHRISTMAS WITH CHILDREN - that I just had count it again. It will always remind me of this day, and there’s something festively cheery about the look of it, too - bedazzling greens and seductive golds flecked with Spruce-like fronds of dill. So, without further ado, Day 321 is Nigella’s Chicken and Pea Traybake. Eaten with a massive bowl of sprouts and another traybake of potatoes and jarred peppers.
