Day 325: what’s not to love?
So many delicious things fighting for attention here, but it’s probably the most unassuming one, that looks like a jug of just gravy - though I’m fully aware it’s never *just* gravy (I won’t eat a roast without it) - that takes the trophy: Day 325 is Nigella’s Stilton Gravy; a beef gravy enriched with drippings, roasting juices, port and crumbly blue. What’s not to love. Simply delicious.
