Day 327: a celebration of colour
A joyous celebration of colour and delicious ingredients: Day 327 is Nigella’s Sweet and Sour Slaw. What a delightfully festive and exuberant addition to our dinner table last night.

On account of wanting the kids to eat this, I only used about a quarter of a red chilli. And apart from the occasional dance up and down on their chairs when they got a tiny fleck of heat in their mouthfuls, they gobbled down multiple helpings of it.
