Day 338: Sunday breakfasts
Sunday breakfasts are very special in this house. We’re not rushing to get 5 people out of the house at the crack of dawn or teeth brushed and pyjamas onto over-excited, just-fed children at the end of a long day. They’re a chance for us all to sit back, take our time and come together. And this was the enabler of this Sunday’s gathering, and a little cooking time with my daughter: Day 338 is Nigella’s Ricotta Hot Cakes.
