Day 344: pink salad

It’s got drama, it’s got beauty and it leaves an impression long after it’s gone: Day 344 is Nigella’s Rennaissance Salad. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve made this three days in a row - for lunch *and* dinner. I’m totally love-struck. My eldest - who calls this Pink Salad - absolutely adores it too; in fact, they all did to my delight.

And, if I may say, this beautiful, cranberry-splattered, handmade Puglian plate - from Hot Pottery - is a perfect match for the heavenly radicchio.
