Day 335: butterscotch beauty

Totally miscalculated my tripling of the recipe, so I heated the custard mix I didn’t have space for in the tin, until thick, and poured freely over bowlfuls of the final baked butterscotch beauty, along with a happy stream of double cream: Day 335 is Nigella’s Caramel Croissant Pudding. I don’t think I’ve ever bought croissants for the house, let alone had stale ones lying about. I think I’ll be correcting that.
