Day 354: a different kind of Sunday roast dinner

With deep gratitude to Queens N and Claudia Roden, last Sunday's roast chicken dinner came in a different form: tumbled about with pasta, juices and all, with sweet sultanas, the woodsy aroma of rosemary and the soft, waxy bite of pine nuts. Day 354 is Nigella’s Tagliatelle with Chicken from the Venetian Ghetto. I’ve made similar, inspired by this, many times before - where I use leftover roast chicken and sultanas softened in hot marsala (which also goes in the sauce) - but this is the first time I’ve honoured the original, using the roast fresh from the oven. And it is, of course, divine!!
