Day 183: Happy Halloween

This is Nigella's Cider and 5-Spice Bundt Cake, in the shape of a haunted house, with a glitzy Salted Caramel Sauce for generous drizzling. Today also marks this cookalong's 1st BIRTHDAY - and what a joyous year it’s been! Am very excited for the next 182 days!

I also want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the past year. This cookalong has taught me about so much more than just food. It's taught me how to better manage my time, take essential time out to wind down, be mindful of the tasks at hand, believe in myself, and embrace the things I love: all of which are imperative for feeling good and helping me manage anxiety.

I feel it's also important to point out that we've raised over £2,300 for charity, so far. Thank you!

The original artwork of Nigella in this photo, which I then imposed on to a moon and printed out, is by the fabulous Jock Mooney. The original is fantabulous and you can buy it printed on a t-shirt, jumper and tote bag (check out his Insta)! I have the t-shirt.

Sending you all lots of love and wishing you health and happiness. Nathan xxx
