Day 270: counterpart

Its little-tongued counterpart is one of my favourite bowls of food to eat, and this starchy, glossy, saffron-scented rice edition is just wonderful too: Day 270 is Nigella’s Chilli Crab Risotto. My daughter insisted that the crab shell (which she spent ages studying in detail with fascination) HAD to be in the photo also; the other shell is turned upside down and holds the lemon segments for spritzing over table-side.
