Day 279: big treat
Mega treat for lunch earlier in the week: Nigella’s INCREDIBLE Anchovy Elixir, spooned with the biggest smile over a few cold, pink slices of Sunday’s roast beef. Allium shower of green to finish.
I wish I could share the experience of watching my children take scoopfuls of it with the crisp crunch of chicory spears to their mouths and chew joyfully. They adored it.
