Day 282: served with a flourish
I tell you, almost nothing will convince me to get my piping bag - which has been in an old Christmas chocolate tin, with its nozzles, undisturbed, for over 10 years now - out of the cupboard. I have neither the patience, skill or desire to master piping (as much as I admire those who do!). On this occasion, however, it felt right.
Served with a flourish, eaten with egg-smeared smiles and completely devoured within minutes: Day 282 is Nigella’s retrolicious Devilled Eggs.
