Day 302: a camp halloween disco

This really is as fabulous as it looks. It’s got all the colour and sparkle of a camp halloween disco (or a Hocus Pocus 2 launch party) - shimmering pinks, sparkling reds, powerful purples, pumpkin-oranges and ghoul-greens - and it tastes absolutely divine. Day 302 is Nigella’s Butternut, Radicchio and Pomegranate Salad.

I love radicchio, almost to the point of obsession, but I wasn’t sure about the kids. To my great surprise, and much delight, they demolished multiple portions in mere minutes.
